JLT Series 2 Intake system for the 2005-09 V6 in black textured plastic Finish. Though our original JLT Intake was a huge success and on more cars than we ever imagined, we have pushed the envelope and did a Complete reDesign in March 2012 from top to bottom and now have the JLT Series 2 CAI for the 2005-09 Mustang V6.

JLT Series 2 Intake Design
The JLT Series 2 tube is 3 1/2 inch ID, roto molded plastic to resist engine heat and keep the Intake air charge nice and cool. No Metal Tubing Here!!
With no separate MAF housing or couplers air flow is fast and smooth.

Molded In MAF
All Series 2 tubes have a 84mm MAF molded right in the tube.

Gains
We have seen Gains of 10-15 RWHP with the 93 octane tune.

Tuning
A JLT Series 2 tune is Required for this kit.

Fitment
Fits all 05-09 Mustang V6's

  • JLT Plastic Intake Tube
  • Rubber Elbow
  • 3.5x8 inch S and B Powerstack Air Filter
  • ABS Heat Shield
  • PCV hose
  • HD Clamps and all needed hardware

Note: This product is NOT CARB (California Air Resource Board) Exempt. It is not for legal sale or use in the state of CA or any other states adopting CA emission standards and require a CA Executive Order (EO) number. Any orders placed for this item with a CA ship to address will be cancelled.

Some exclusions may apply to new, unopened, and limited supply products. All returns subject to processing and restocking fees (15% on items in new condition in opened mfg. packaging).

Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
